I think Tyson has great potential but I also think that Sherk is too much for him right now. Sherks power/wrestling and ground and pound will be overwhelming for Tyson. What do you guys think?

Sherk wins in a fairly uneventful bout. That is my prediction.

I'm actually going to go with Tyson Griffin, Sherk is probably my favorite fighter, but even after the Penn fight he's still going on about his crap boxing, his hands are quick and he probably throws the best combinations, but he just does not have the ability to finish the fight on the feet
I think Sean Sherk is going to try and stand and get out struck and taken down
If Sherk goes back to his takedowns and guard passing I think he will win.

Well, I do know that Tyson has proven himself against a great wrestler and, at the time, ground and pounder in Urijah Faber. Whether or not Tyson has kept up his great takedown defense and ground movement will be seen, as a very heavy (for a lightweight) Sean Sherk is sure to come in and test that.
I honestly think that Tyson is going to be able to put Sherk away by catching him with a knee/uppercut while he shoots in.
He's finally taking his training seriously, which should lead to impressive results since I heard more then a few pundits and fellow fighters say that Tyson kinda slacked off and relied on his raw talent. Plus, having lived out in Vegas, I know the guy used to be on the party scene frequently... but not too much anymore. At least it doesn't make the news or Vegas websites. So maybe he has gotten his stuff fully together. It'll be good to see him duke it out with his another REAL test in UFC's LW waters...

Frankie Edgar outwrestled Tyson. Sherk is a better wrestler than both. Faber is also a FW and Griffin is a natural LW I think.

From what I've seen of the fighters, Griffin's biggest strengths are also Sherk's biggest strengths, and Sean's are a bit better. I would still pick Sherk more often than not in this fight.

I'll take Sherk, based on history. Tyson Griffin is definitely a tough fight, but I agree with an above poster. It may be an uneventful fight, by most people's standards.
Luckily for me, I've only been disappointed ONCE this whole year, and that was the Quarry/Starnes fight. The ending made it worth while. Even the so-called "boring" fights, are exciting to me.
