Jimmy Thomson: "First off I want to apologize for the headbutt. I assure you that it was not intentional. Sometimes when clinching these things happen as I'm sure Miles knows from training with me in the past. Aside from the headbutt I was happy with my performance. Miles, there is nothing to be ashamed of in this loss. You are a great fighter with the heart and determination of a champion. Beer's on me tonight."
Thiago Santos: "Tonight I reclaimed what is rightfully mine. The belt feels good around my waist, so good I think I'll keep it for a while."

Clay Thompson you won fair and square and I applaud you for it, I'm glad you took my advice and didn't stand and bang cause I would have knocked your ass out.

Miles Allen: I know headbutts happen, I'm just disappointed from that point on things didn't go my way like they had been in the early going. I'd love to do it again down the road Jimmy...Who knows...I might even move up a weight class down the road.
But for right now...I would honestly like another shot once things wind down here with the recent merger and I defend my belt.
Josh Allen: I'd been workin' my sub game and thought I damn near had it perfected, but I guess that wasn't the case...Great fight Thiago...
